6. What’s an example of a difficult problem you solved?
7. Describe a time when you failed.
8. How did you handle your failure?
9. Why would you be a good team member?
10. Describe a time when you had difficulty in persuading someone your point of view. How did you handle it?
11. Describe a time when you had conflict or disagreement with a co-worker? How did you handle it?
12. What are the accomplishments that you are proud of?
13. What is your weakness?
14. What are your strengths?
15. What are some skills that you come in and hit the ground running with?
16. What you should have done differently in the past projects?
17. Describe a time when you had to take an unpopular decision? How did it go?
18. Describe a time when you needed to get information from someone who wasn’t very responsive. What did you do?
19. Describe a time when you did not meet a client’s expectations. What happened, and how did you attempt to rectify the situation?
20. Tell me about the first job you’ve ever had. What did you do to learn the ropes?
